문맥에 따라 약간씩 달라지지만 할 수 있어서 좋았다. 부정문인 경우는 할 수 없어서 아쉬웠다의 뉘앙스를 갖는다.
단순할 수 있다는 의미를 갖는 could와 다르다.

방문하는 좋은 기회들이 있었다. 그래서 좋았다.
